Day lily and Chicken
The is a very chinese dish - Day Lily and Chicken.
Very easy to make in the Tatung Rice cooker.
Mix oyster sauce, garlic, (ginger if you want), tapioca (or other flour like cornflour) with some water and put into the Tatung inner bowl. When I cooked this I didn't have time to defrost the chicken before hand so I just put extra water into the outer bowl for it to cook longer.
I served with wedges, pumpkin, kumera and potato. Usually I do rice with this dish but decided not to for a change.
