Steam tray
Have you ever wondered what to do with the Steam Tray?
It's fabulous for steaming, or reheating. We don't usually eat fish unless we catch it ourselves or someone we know has caught it, but you can put the steam plate down and put the fish on a dish and steam. Great with soya sauce, ginger and garlic.
I mainly use it to defrost and steam homemade buns. My Mum is the best at making home made chinese buns and we put them in the freezer and when we need them I put them in the Tatung in a bowl and add a bit of water and the Tatung defrosts and steams and makes it like Mum just made them. So yummy, so easy!
