One pot Tomato and Egg

My Mum has made a similar dish of tomatoes and eggs for years in a pot. Hers has always been a favourite of mine! I hadn't thought to combine the tomatoes and eggs in the Tatung as one pot meal. I often do one pot meals because frankly like all busy people, I sometimes can't think of what to do for dinner so I just put yummy things in my Tatung and I know it will turn out!

It also reminded me of our renovations back in 2023 when for 8 weeks we only had my Tatung, a toaster and kettle to cook with. Tatung is all you really need! The violin music is my daughter playing a beautiful Bach piece a few years back.
